Q: DO YOU RENT OTHER TYPES OF INFLATABLES BESIDES GAGA BALL PITS? 

A: We decided to make inflatable gaga ball pits our exclusive rental product after we discovered:

(1) how much fun the game is to play; (2) how hard it is to find rentable, inflatable gaga ball pits in Georgia;

and (3) how much safer they are than other types of inflatables. 


Q: WHAT IS THE SIZE OF YOUR INFLATABLE GAGA BALL PIT?

A: Our gaga ball pit measures 221”x197”x30” (LxWxH) when inflated.


Q: CAN SETUP BE ON CONCRETE OUTDOORS or INDOORS?

A: As a safety precaution, because the game involves getting in and out of the pit,

we do not set up on concrete surfaces. If outdoors, we require at least a 25’x25’ relatively level,

soft grassy area (no mud, gravel, glass, etc.) for gaga ball pit setup. If indoors, we require a

25’x25’ space with a smooth (e.g., gymnasium) or carpeted (e.g., community center) floor

allowing room for us to set up the gaga ball pit and players to move outside/around it.


Q: HOW MANY CHILDREN (OR ADULTS) CAN FIT INSIDE A GAGA BALL PIT?

A: No more than 15 players (children or adults) should play inside our gaga ball pits at one time.

During this time of the coronavirus pandemic, no more than 10 players can participate.

The rounds go very quickly, so even larger crowds can enjoy. 

Players should be grouped according to age and size.

(Note: No one under age 7 should be allowed inside the gaga ball pit.)

We strongly advise that children and adults play separately to reduce the risk of injury.

Safety and liability language applies to all, so please play responsibly.


Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP A GAGA BALL PIT?

A: Normally, it takes less than 20 minutes for us to set up.


Q: DO YOUR INFLATABLES REQUIRE AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET or DO YOU HAVE GENERATORS?

A: We use our own generator to inflate and deflate. So, we do not require the use of your electricity to set up,

and our inflatable gaga ball pits do not need electricity while in use.


Q: WHAT IF IT IS SUPPOSED TO RAIN OR BE VERY WINDY ON MY RENTAL DATE?

A: We will work with you, should weather become an issue BEFORE your scheduled event.

Once you have taken delivery of our equipment, you will not be entitled to a refund due to inclement weather.

DO NOT use the inflatable gaga ball pit during periods of rain or excessive winds (20mph or greater).

In the event of severe weather (lightning, thunder, rain, high winds, etc.),

instruct all occupants to immediately exit the inflatable, and DO NOT allow re-entry

until the weather clears and the inflatable is DRY.


Q: WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE & WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?

A: We typically accept cash and all major credit or debit cards. 

During this time, we prefer to use CashApp or PayPal to accept payments. 

A non-refundable $49 deposit is due at time of booking, which we can collect via PayPal invoicing. 

Payment in full must be made at or before the time of delivery. No exceptions! 

We will not begin setup until payment has been processed.

You are also encouraged to pre-pay your entire invoice amount anytime before delivery.


Q: HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO BOOK?

A: We strongly suggest reserving your gaga ball pit rental at least one week in advance of your event.

We book on a first-come, first-served basis.


Q: DO YOU OFFER RENTALS ON HOLIDAYS?

A: For rental availability on holidays, we request notice at least one month in advance. 

Depending on our schedule, we may also require booking at the full-day (up to 10 hours) rental rate. 


Q: HOW MUCH IS YOUR DEPOSIT and WHEN IS IT REQUIRED?

A: We require a deposit of $49 at the time of booking. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable,

but deposits and pre-payments can be credited towards future rentals in the case of

cancellation and/or re-scheduling.


Q: CAN WE PICK UP/SET UP THE GAGA BALL PIT OURSELVES TO SAVE ON DELIVERY COST?

A: We take responsibility for delivering our equipment to ensure proper setup (inflation

pressure, in-ground stakes, etc.) and break down. We try to keep our delivery cost reasonable,

while aiming to make your experience hassle-free and convenient.


Q: WHERE DO YOU DELIVER & WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY RATES?

A: We normally serve the counties of Cobb, Douglas, Paulding and Gwinnett in Georgia.

At this time, we are only serving Cobb County residents in response to the coronavirus outbreak 

by offering a $99 rental special for up to 3 hours with no delivery fee. 

Delivery rates usually vary ($25 or $50) depending on your drop-off destination.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY & PICK-UP TIMES?

A: We normally deliver between 8am-3pm to most destinations ON THE DAY OF your event and

pick up between 2pm-8pm the SAME DAY, based on a rental up to 5 hours.

For a full day (8-hour rental), we deliver between 8am-12pm and pick up between 4pm-8pm.

Right now, we are only offering up to 3 hours for Cobb County residents.

Please note that we cannot GUARANTEE an exact delivery time.

We will do our best to accommodate your delivery requests. We appreciate your flexibility.


Q: DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY & PICK UP?

A: Yes, we require an adult (preferably, the signer of the rental agreement)

over the age of 18 to be present at time of delivery.

Please note that we reserve to right to proceed to our next scheduled delivery,

if there is no one available at the time of delivery.

An additional fee may apply if we leave and have to return to your delivery site later.

We also require the presence of an adult for pick-ups.


Q: CAN THE GAGA BALL PIT BE MOVED AFTER IT HAS BEEN SET UP?

A: Once we have set up and secured our gaga ball pit(s), 

only a Jump Joy, LLC representative can move it.

We are trained to properly install and secure our equipment so it is functional and safe for play.

Please be clear in pointing out the exact location where you want the gaga ball pit when we set up.

Moving and/or relocating equipment without our knowledge and consent is PROHIBITED,

violates your contractual agreement, and releases Jump Joy, LLC from any

damages and/or injury that may occur as the result.


Q: IS YOUR BUSINESS LICENSED AND INSURED?

A: Yes, Jump Joy, LLC (dba Jump Joy Gaga Ball) is a fully licensed and insured company.
